Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: Upon booking or purchase

At Jade Beauty Wax, all purchases are final. Due to the nature of our services and the time reserved exclusively for each guest, we do not offer refunds on services, packages, memberships, retail products, or gift cards.

Appointments & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 9 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and are not eligible for refund.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Guests arriving more than 9 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or be required to reschedule.

  • If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the deposit will be forfeited.

Packages & Memberships

  • All packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Unused services may be converted to in-house credit only, to be applied toward other Jade Beauty services.

  • Packages and memberships must be used within 24 months of purchase or they will expire.

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to another guest.

Retail Products

  • All retail sales are final.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in rare cases at management’s sole discretion.

  • Any approved exception will be issued as store credit only, not monetary reimbursement.

By booking an appointment or making a purchase with Jade Beauty Wax, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
