Effective Date: Upon booking or use of services

By accessing, booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Jade Beauty Wax (“Jade Beauty,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not book or receive services.

1. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services unless accompanied by a legal guardian and approved in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete health and skin history prior to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities releases Jade Beauty from liability.

2. Services & Results Disclaimer

Jade Beauty provides professional waxing, laser hair removal, and advanced epilation services.
Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
No service guarantees permanent results unless explicitly stated in writing.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Booking, Payments & Pricing

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure an appointment.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All payments must be completed prior to or at the time of service.
Promotional pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & No-Shows

All sales are final. No refunds.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of deposit.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Guests arriving more than 9 minutes late may have services shortened or be required to reschedule without refund.

5. Packages & Memberships

Packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Services must be used within 24 months of purchase.
Unused services may be converted to in-house credit at management’s discretion.
Credits have no cash value.

6. Health, Safety & Treatment Acknowledgment

By receiving services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Hair removal services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to irritation, burns, hyperpigmentation, scarring, and allergic reactions.
You agree to follow all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by Jade Beauty.
Jade Beauty is not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow care instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with services provided and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Jade Beauty Wax, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from services rendered, except where prohibited by law.

8. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Jade Beauty maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at our discretion without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, service names, training materials, and proprietary methods are the exclusive intellectual property of Jade Beauty Wax and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Communication

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking, you consent to receive appointment reminders, transactional messages, and promotional communications.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jade Beauty Wax from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Modifications

Jade Beauty reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

14. Acknowledgment

By booking or receiving services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use in full.
